Sport weight yarn: purple ( 200 gr for the sample – size L / 100 gr or 246 yds per skein )

Note: From R2 to R40 of this crochet tank dress pattern is worked by continuous round technique ( end one round with double crochet into the first ch3-space of the round you’re working on, then continue to the next round with ch3 )
This crochet Net tank dress pattern fits size XL ( chest size: 40 to 42 inches )
Skill level: Intermediate
Gauge: 9 double crochet stitches x 3 rounds approximately 2 inches ( with materials indicated )
Dress:
( work in rounds )
R1: ch 172, sl into 1st chain to form round. 172 dc around, sl into 1st stitch to join.
From R2 to R40 work in continuous round
R2: ( ch 3, skip 1 st, dc into next st ) x 85 times around.
R3: ( ch 3, dc into next ch3-space ) x 85 times around.
R4 to R 39: same as R3
R40: ( ch 3, dc into next ch3-space ) x 84 times around, ch 3, sl into next ch 3-space ( fasten off, weave in ends )
Back to R1 of the dress part, insert hook into the 1st chain of R1, sc around, total 172 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join ( fasten off, weave in ends )
Straps: work in rows
R1: From the last stitch of the sc round, skip 18 sts, make 5 dc across, turn.
R2: 5 dc across, turn.
R3 to R30: same as R2
Seam to the front side with sc ( fasten off, weave in ends )
Repeat on the other side.
