Note: I used chainless starting dc for every first dc of each row/ round instead of ch 3. There’s another good crochet technique to use is ch 2, dc into the same stitch ( counted as 1st dc). In the pattern below you’ll see I simply state dc into 1st stitch for every first dc of each row/round, so just choose your best technique π
Special stitches used:
2dc-V stitch: ( 2dc, ch1, 2dc ) into same stitch or space.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I dont think that I was clear in my question.
Row 57…Front *dc,ch2,skip next ch2-space etc. does Not continue the pattern. Does Not work when crocheting into Row 56?????
Is this an error? For the back, I just did what I thought I should. Thanks.
For the front piece, you will crochet 2 panels for shoulder parts, R56 to R60 are crocheted continuously from the front piece at one side. Then you will insert hook and join yarn to crochet at the other side ( simply repeat R56 to R60 )
Have confusion with Front Row 57……It does not continue in pattern with Row 56.
Yes, that’s how you crochet the shoulder parts π
Have a question about R57 for front. Dc ch2,skip ch2 space,dc into next st
I assume that this is a drcrease but it causes a bumpy lump. It this correct?
Hi, there’s no decrease/ increase in this row as the shoulder part should be straight up.
Am confused with Summer Air tunic patter.Back ..Repeat R59 and R60 at the other side. Do not understand. Also Repeat R56 and R60 at the other side.Would appreciate a clarification
Hi,
This is how you crochet the other side of the shoulder of each part.
Ok, thanks. I just found the link to the pattern on Craftsy.
Love the slimming, vertical lines. How does one size the pattern up (or down) to fit different sizes?
You can simply add/ subtract a few rows to increase/ decrease the length of this tunic π
