This crochet amigurumi pattern is dedicated to an old friend. I wanted something unique and witty. So here’s the gentle and stinking-cute little guy. It’s a fun crochet project when you have some leftover yarn.

Materials: ( I used )
4mm crochet hook
Light weight/ DK yarn: brown, black, red
Safety eyes
Fiber fill
Scissors
Yarn needle
Note: You can choose any hook size to make this Gentle Poo amigurumi, just choose a yarn type that matches. However, it’s a tiny one so I only recommend 4mm or bigger crochet hook.
Skill level: Intermediate
Pattern:
Poo: work in rounds, with brown color yarn.
R1: form a magic ring, 9 sc into ring, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R2: ( inc sc ) x 9 times around, total 18 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R3: ( inc sc, sc ) x 9 times around, total 27 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R4: ( 2 sc, inc sc ) x 9 times around, total 36 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R5: ( inc sc, 3 sc ) x 9 times around, total 45 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R6 and R7: sc around, total 45 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R8: ( 3 sc, dec sc ) x 9 times around, total 36 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R9: ( dec sc, 2 sc ) x 9 times around, total 27 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R10: sc around, total 27 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R11: ( 2 sc, inc sc ) x 9 times around, total 36 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R12: sc around, total 36 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R13: ( 2 sc, dec sc ) x 9 times around, total 27 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R14: ( dec sc, sc ) x 9 times around, total 18 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R15: ( sc, inc sc ) x 9 times around, total 27 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R16: ( dec sc, sc ) x 9 times around, total 18 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R17: ( dec sc ) x 9 times around, total 9 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join. ( stuff loosely )
R19: ( sc, dec sc ) x 3 times around, total 6 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R20: ( dec sc ) x 3 times around, total 3 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join. ( fasten off, weave in ends )
Mustache: work in rows, with black color yarn.
Ch12, sl into the 2nd ch from hook, crochet those stitches across: sl, sl, sc, hdc, sl, hdc, sc, sl, sl, sl into last ch ( fasten off, weave in ends )
Hat: work in rounds, start with black color yarn.
R1: form a magic ring, 6 sc into ring, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R2: ( inc sc ) x 6 times around, total 12 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R3: ( inc sc, sc ) x 6 times around, total 24 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R4 to R6 : sc around, total 24 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R7: ( 2 sc, dec sc ) x 6 times around, total 18 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R8: change to red color yarn, sc around, total 18 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R9: change to black color yarn, sc around, total 18 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R10: ( inc sc ) x 12 times around, total 36 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join.
R11: sc around, total 36 sts, sl into 1st stitch to join. ( fasten off, weave in ends )
