Rose is always a stunning and graceful embellishment to add to many types of accessories. This crochet blooming rose pattern would bring a Spring breeze to your favorite bag, hat, or anything else because it’s in bloom 🙂

Materials:(I used)
5mm crochet hook
Worsted weight yarn: green, red, pink…
Scissors
Yarn needle
Note: You can use any hook size to crochet this rose, just choose a yarn type that matches.
Pattern:
Rose:
Make a chain of 39, crochet 4 dc into the 3rd chain from hook,
Skip 2 chain, crochet 5 dc into the next chain (repeat ’till the end)
Turn, ch 3, crochet 2 dc into next st (repeat 3 times), ch 3, sl into next st to join (you have just finished a petal now)
Sl into next st, ch 3, crochet 2 dc into next st ( repeat 3 times), ch 3, sl into next st to join (repeat ’till the end) (fasten off, leave long end for sewing)
A finished rose has 12 petals.
Roll the first petal, hold it tight then wrap the next petals around.
Make each round a bit looser, and dispart the petals for a better result.
Sew the petals together.
Leaf:
Ch 11, sc into 2nd chain from hook, hdc, 2 dc, 2 tc, 2 dc, hdc, sc
Turn, sc, hdc, 2 dc, 2 tc, 2 dc, hdc, sc (fasten off)
Attach to the rose.
